RAHA Goalie Reimbursement Form

Please complete this form to request goalie equipment reimbursement.

Effective March 1, 2023, RAHA has modified its goalie equipment reimbursement policy. RAHA has the right to change this policy at any time and the right to deny reimbursement for nonvalid or nonqualifying purchases. The goalie equipment reimbursement is available to RAHA families with full-time goalies at all levels for boys and girls.

  • Credits become available to families on March 1 of each year.
  • A valid receipt must be provided to qualify for the reimbursement.
  • Reimbursement of purchases should be submitted after team formation.
  • Reimbursement requests must be submitted by March 15 of the following year and purchases must be made by February 28th of the following year.
    • For example, using the 2021-2022 season, any approved purchase made between March 1, 2021 and February 28, 2022 can be submitted any time after team formation but before March 15, 2022.
  • Approved goalie protective equipment are limited to Legs Pads, Chest Protector, Blocker, and Catch Gloves.
  • Other goalie items like Skates, Sticks, Goalie Masks, Mask Customizing, Accessories, etc. are not covered.

The credit amounts as of March 1, 2023 are:
Reimbursement is up to the cap noted below per level:

  • 10U/Squirt - Cap is $400
  • 12U/PeeWee - Cap is $700
  • 15U/Bantam/Junior Gold - Cap is $800

Examples of eligible reimbursement:

  1. Bantam goalie purchases $1,000 of eligible goalie equipment, $800 will be the reimbursement amount.
  2. PeeWee goalie purchases $400 of eligible goalie equipment; RAHA will reimburse $400.
  3. 10U goalie purchases a $400 set of leg pads; $400 will be reimbursed.
